For hygiene reasons, all underwear purchases are final sale. However, if there’s an issue with your order (wrong size sent, defect, etc.), please email us within 5 days of delivery.

Orders ship within 2–5 business days. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
